I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the exceptional care you gave me during my most recent hospital stay. Your professional knowledge, gracious demeanour, and sympathetic manner all worked together to greatly improve my experience. I was entirely at comfortable in your care right after our initial consultation. I felt confident and trusted in your abilities because you took the time to thoroughly explain the process, address my worries, and respond to my inquiries. Throughout the entire process, you demonstrated a high level of skill and precision, and I felt like I was in the best possible hands. But your bedside demeanour was what really impressed me. You made a challenging situation much more pleasant since you were always kind, understanding, and patient. Every step of the way, you made sure I was at ease and informed, and I genuinely believed that you had my best interests at heart. Omg what a great doctor, very kind knowledgeable great personality kept me informed from start to finish, I can honestly say I can’t find anything negative to say about him I would definitely recommend him. I was seen by Alex Hotouras two weeks ago today in his clinic at Whipps Cross Hospital. He examined me and then explained in ordinary language my husband and I could fully understand, what the problem might be. He said I needed a colonoscopy, which I had this afternoon, and before, during and after, he was very congenial, talked to me throughout the whole procedure, and made me feel much less on edge than when I entered the room. He didn’t use terminology above my understanding, but didn’t talk down to me either. Thankfully I was discharged with a clean bill of health. Without a doubt I would recommend him to future patients 100%, no ifs, no buts, no maybes.

For several weeks at the beginning of the year I was a patient at Whipps Cross hospital under the care of Mr Alex Hotouras. The care I received from both Alex and the whole team at the hospital was exemplary. Alex treated me with such dignity and respect at all times. At no time did I feel that I was uninformed, my questions were answered in detail and treatment plans were agreed upon.

Excellent Surgeon Excellent Doctor Excellent human being Very caring, good listener, sympathetic and always keen to help. He will not mind even he has to attend an emergency at midnight and take to operation theatre straight way instead of waiting for the next morning. Offers additional follow up f2f appointment(s) if patient is concerned.
